Upon purchase, you'll receive and fill out a questionnaire outlining your training history, your food preferences, your schedule, your goals, what's worked, what hasn't, and any other required context. This is so we can create the perfect plan to achieve your goals.
We'll then hop on a 1-on-1 video call and talk. By the end of the call I'll know exactly what plan you need, why every other approach hasn't stuck, and what we're going to do differently.
With your information, I'll build you a completely personalized meal plan from scratch. It won't be a generic template, it'll have your body, your goals, your schedule, and your food preferences all baked in. I'll deliver it as a printable PDF and a live doc we can update together.
From there, I'll also build a training program built around your equipment, your experience, and the time you actually have. Whether you've got a full gym or a set of dumbbells in a hotel room, the plan adapts. You'll get stronger and leaner every week without burning out. Training is optional — if you just want the food side dialed in, we'll skip it.
From day one, you've got my personal phone number. Not some random coach, mine. When something isn't working, when your weight stalls, when life throws a curveball at the plan, you text me and we'll adjust straight away. You're never stuck wondering what to do.
